Plan A

$380 for 10 hours per month

This Plan is suitable for those who need only minimal support or for those who would like to try out my services without committing to a package.

Plan B

$700 for 20 hours per month

This plan is suitable for those who require assistance on a regular basis, but only need minimal support.

Plan C

$1280 for 40 hours per month

This plan is suitable for those who require even more support on a regular basis.

Terms and Conditions

  • A $40 (one hour) minimum fee is charged on all jobs.
  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
  • A 50% deposit is required on all project based jobs prior to commencement of work. Payment for remaining 50% is due in full prior to delivery of the finished product.
  • A 25% surcharge will be charged to all projects requiring evening and weekend or 'rush' service.
  • Monthly retainer invoices are emailed on the 15th of the month and are due prior to the first of the following month. If payment is late, work will be billed at the regular hourly rate until payment is received.
  • Hourly invoices are emailed on the first of the month, or upon completion of project, and are payable upon receipt.
  • Unused retainer fees are non-refundable; however, we will gladly provide additional services within the month to cover the unused amount.
  • There are no refunds for domain name registration, website hosting or search engine submission charges.
  • There will be a $30.00 service fee for any returned cheques.
  • We accept payments in the form of cashier's cheque or money order. Personal and business cheques are accepted for established clients only.
  • Payment can also be made online with Visa or Mastercard using PayPal.
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
  • A 12% Harmonized Sales Tax will be added to your invoice (Canadian clients only).
  • Incidental expenses such as long distance charges, photocopying, postage or courier fees and job specific office supplies are billed directly to the client at cost (all receipts will be provided).
